We are looking for a Data & Systems Coordinator passionate about the food and beverage industry to join our growing team.  

The Data & Systems Coordinator assists with data inputting and system control allowing our business to successfully manage our inventory, recipe development and cost controls at Savory Hospitality. This role is in constant communication with multiple departments across the Savory team, providing the ideal candidate an exciting opportunity to learn many facets of hospitality operations management and grow into other roles on our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and high-level of analytical capabilities. 

This role is a key addition to our growing team. Here are some examples of the primary responsibilities of the role 
  • Programming menu recipes electronically via our menu creation software Restaurant 365 
  • Organize and input data from our  recipe database into parallel systems , including Flex Catering 
  • Maintain accurate and up to date production sheets for kitchen and operational staff 
  • Collaborate and communicate cross-team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders on a daily basis 
  • Navigate back-end of ordering systems to ensure menu cards, nutrition facts, accounting information, and personnel data are always accurate 
  • Produce accurate reporting as requested in all relevant areas. 
  • Support our accounts, finance, packing, and culinary teams to identify opportunities for advancement 
  • Other duties as assigned to support business logistics 

 What we’re looking for

Your experience should show us the following: 
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or hospitality logistics coordination 
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel; advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Attention to detail in all things: time management, organization, analysis 
  • Proven adaptability and collaboration skills in a high-volume environment 
  • Flexibility to pivot tasks based on daily business needs 
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator 
  • A desire to learn and grow in operations, data analysis, and/or account services 
  • Experience with back end restaurant ordering systems (R365, Flex Catering) is a plus; willing to train the right candidate!
